Juan Diego Perez-Vargas

Juan Diego Perez-Vargas is an architect with over 30 years of award-winning international experience including famed luxury resorts and high-end residential destinations in coveted international locations worldwide. Mr. Perez-Vargas founded Sonoma-Reserve to dedicate the acumen of his professional experience to see each of its one of a kind projects through successful design and development with undivided attention. Mr. Perez-Vargas brings a wealth of design experience to Sonoma-Reserve in a highly personalized and dedicated delivery to ensure every client receives the attention to detail and follow-through required for a high-level quality execution.

 

Juan Diego is an avid outdoorsman and together with his wife he splits his time between Sonoma and San Francisco.

Santiago Carral

Santiago Carral is an architect with 20+ years of experience of award-winning projects on many international residential and hospitality projects in prestigious locations throughout the world. Mr. Carral has a passion for design-build construction methods which allow rapid customization of owner’s vision into construction. In addition to his architectural design experience, Mr. carral is also a licensed general contractor with solid understanding of sub-contractor integration best practices which are critical to the delivery process. Renowned for instilling a sense of high-energy and spirit of collaboration on the job-site, Mr. Carral leads the construction practice at Sonoma-Reserve and is passionate about fulfilling buyer’s vision and occupancy timelines.

 

Mr. Carral is an avid tennis and soccer player and together with his wife and children own property in Sonoma and share their time between Sonoma and San Francisco.
